NEEA is committed to a collaborative and open strategic planning process to ensure we have gathered input from all of our stakeholders. We are posting very early and rough drafts of the building blocks of the NEEA Strategic Plan for your review. As we continue to gather input we will be posting updated versions of the documents listed below. Make sure to sign up for periodic updates to find out when new drafts are available. NEEA Strategic Planning Outreach Summary Report

This is a draft of the executive summary of the strategic planning outreach report which summarizes what NEEA heard from the region during its initial outreach process. NEEA utilized a variety of outreach mechanisms to solicit and gather stakeholder input. These mechanisms included a web survey, regional in-person workshops, one-on-one meetings, and presentations at regional stakeholder organizations. The findings documented in this report reflect stakeholder input from in-person meetings at 58 organizations, nearly 200 participants at seven regional workshops, and 114 completed online surveys.

	Situation Analysis Version: 1 Posted: 4/2/2008 The world of energy is ever-changing. This document is our early attempt to capture these trends and events to give our regional stakeholders a starting foundation from which we can begin the conversation and eventually draft our plan.
	Mission and Vision Version: 1 Posted: 4/2/2008 NEEA's current Strategic Plan includes a mission and vision statement that is focused specifically on electric energy efficiency. Looking forward, NEEA would like to know if our current mission and vision should remain the same or if not how it might shift to keep NEEA highly valued in the region.
