STRATEGIC PLAN PARTICIPATION

Welcome
For more than a decade the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA) has been transforming markets to help the Northwest increase energy efficiency. Given the changing Northwest energy landscape, we believe it is time to take a fresh look at NEEA’s role in the regional effort to secure this highly valuable resource. Over the next several months, NEEA will be engaging stakeholders in a discussion about where the region is headed with energy efficiency and how NEEA can deliver the greatest value. Because NEEA exists for the benefit of regional stakeholders and ratepayers, your input is critical to our continued success.

The Strategic Plan
The NEEA Strategic Plan will define NEEA’s mission, values, guiding principles, key strategies, and organizational goals for the long-term. In short, the NEEA Strategic Plan will set the direction for NEEA’s future efforts in support of regional energy efficiency. In order for NEEA to deliver the highest value to the region, the NEEA Strategic Plan must reflect your needs and priorities. We hope you will participate in this process in one or more of the ways described below.

Participate Now
Please contribute by taking our survey. You can also provide comments on components of the NEEA Strategic Plan as we draft them, sign up for a workshop, or contact us directly.

Provide Input
Take a survey that asks for your input on a variety of strategic issues. The survey can be completed in approximately 20-30 minutes, and will remain on this site until the end of May.

Review Drafts and Discuss
We will post components of the NEEA Strategic Plan as we draft them. Current documents reflect our early thinking, but they will evolve to reflect stakeholder feedback. We will post new and revised draft material throughout the process, as well as summaries of your comments. Coming in May 2008, we will launch a discussion forum where you can engage in discussion with fellow stakeholders.

Sign up for a Workshop
We want to meet you face-to-face and engage in meaningful dialogue around energy efficiency. We will conduct seven workshops around the region during the months of May and June. Follow this link to register for a workshop convenient for you.
